My first non-h post in a while, lol.
This is a manga about the titular character oyaji, he’s a father, and a total badass, the epitome of masculinity. He eradicates wave upon wave of yakuza, but at its heart, this is a story about a family man. After a long stint in prison for murder, and keeping a low profile for quite some time, this father comes back to find his family in disarray, and gets to work putting things back in order.

SlayerJr has worked extra hard on this, the edits are of fantastic quality for his first real scanlation project. My script which was a little rough around the edges has been smoothed over and turned into a pretty much flawless localization.

This is an interesting feudal Japan
themed manga with a serial storyline.
It’s about a princess during times of war. A ninja who was supposed to kill her, finds she’s just too hot, and decides to claim her as his own, even going as far as to slay his own allies when they refuse to spare her life.

The later chapters have a variety of themes.

It all starts when they’re kidnapped by the evil gang of thieves, “Bad Moon,” but things go from bad to worse after they escape. Two sheltered, naive women let loose in the outside world, imagine what could happen…

Tetsuya Saruwatari – Dokuro Vol. 1

This is an action comic about a man battling an insane Japanese cult.
The man was a former assassin of the cult, he has turned against his former masters and has his eyes set on bringing down the organization. This volume details his battle against various assassins sent to dispatch him for his betrayal, including killer grandmas. There are also some parts related to his childhood, and stuff about how crazy his mom was.

Kazuhiko Shimamoto – Kamen Rider ZO

This one actually consists of three different stories.
Kamen Rider Black Part X, Kamen Rider ZO, and Osamu Tenka Story.

Kamen Rider ZO itself is a comic adaptation of the film of the same title. It involves Kamen Rider battling the “Perfect” life-form Dras and trying to protect a kid named Hiroshi who Dras keeps trying to kidnap. Eventually Kamen Rider triumphs and saves the day and proves that Dras was less than perfect.

Osamu Tenka story is about an up and coming mangaka. He tries to get his work published by “joke-gakkan”. But the editor turns his work down and instead sends him to become the assistant of Kamen Rider creator Shotaro Ishinomori to learn the ins and outs of being a mangaka.

Shintaro Kago – KoroKoro Soushi 2

This one is full of bizzare things and horror elements, as well as some funny cultural references and off the wall humor.
It’s set in the Edo period just like the first book but it’s not really a sequel. The title is actually Koro Koro Soushi – Ooedo muzan juusanku. The subtitle translates into 13 Cruel Sufferings of Great Edo. It’s basically a collection of mini stories, but there are some tie ins, and characters cross paths. There is a storyline near the end that brings a lot of the characters from the previous chapters together. Themes include cursed prostitutes, killer tailor assasins, an epic battle of patches and holes (You got that right.) , and even a great pinnochio spoof. Just like the first one, I have worked on the rest of the it, but not the first chapter.

Shintaro Kago – Koro Koro Soushi

This is a guro book featuring lots of violence and gore, including some cannibalism. It’s not really hentai, but it does have some sex thrown in here and there, mostly rape. It’s set in feudal japan and its central character is an insane sadistic princess with a elite unit of special “hair” ninjas. She gets reckless and draws the attention of the Shogun which leads to a huge clash. Fun book with some grim humor, very graphic and has some disgusting stuff so not for the feint of heart. Some of the contents include torture, lobotomies, cannibalism, warfare, ninja combat, and a “Hell” amusement park. Featuring guest appearances by Jesus, and a clan of ninja descended from Moses! Please note that only Chapter 2-12 were translated by me. Chapter 1 was worked on by Gurotaku and another fellow.

Kira Hiroyoshi- Beware of Wakana-sensei!

This is the entire Volume of Wakana-sensei ni ki wo tsukero! which can be roughly translated to Beware of Wakana-sensei! The whole thing is school themed, it’s about this teacher who’s a total slut, and all the students she corrupts. The fourth and fifth chapters are very much worth reading, this girl who was talking back in class gets totally owned!

This one features a wide variety of themes, including incest, gangbangs, futanari, and more.

If you’re interested to know, the title “The Noble Illusionist” is kind of an Engrish version of Mousou Kizoku which properly translates to something like “Delusional Noble” which I think must be a reference to AfternoonTea.
