This one actually consists of three different stories.
Kamen Rider Black Part X, Kamen Rider ZO, and Osamu Tenka Story.

Kamen Rider ZO itself is a comic adaptation of the film of the same title. It involves Kamen Rider battling the “Perfect” life-form Dras and trying to protect a kid named Hiroshi who Dras keeps trying to kidnap. Eventually Kamen Rider triumphs and saves the day and proves that Dras was less than perfect.

Osamu Tenka story is about an up and coming mangaka. He tries to get his work published by “joke-gakkan”. But the editor turns his work down and instead sends him to become the assistant of Kamen Rider creator Shotaro Ishinomori to learn the ins and outs of being a mangaka.

Daiakuta – Southern Cross / Yuka Nikki

These are doujinshi based on Minami-ke.
Only part of Southern Cross is featured because these are the only parts that were of interest to the commissioner.
Southern Cross involves high school girls being raped and trained as whores because they are forced to earn money to pay back their father’s debt, and then goes own to introduce Yuka.

Yuka Nikki is about a loli that becomes obsessed with the money and pleasure of enjo kousai. It’s told first person from her perspective written like a journal, and involves a gang bang.

Tosho Maeda – Heisei Urotsukidoji Prologue

A horror/ hentai hybrid. Prologue set in Peru involves some archaeologists who unearthed deformed human remains and end up coming into an encounter with demons. Amanojaku shows up to kick some ass and bang some chicks while he’s at it.

Shintaro Kago – An Inquiry…

The full title is “An Inquiry Concerning a Mechanistic World View of the Pituitary Gland”
This is a short comic by Kago that portrays a dystopian future where human beings are mostly mostly manufactured instead of born, except for in ghettos where they are mostly abandoned at birth. The story starts with a woman complaining to her doctor/ therapist that her husband won’t have sex with her and then it goes off on a tangent explaining what happened to her husband and how it came to pass. Involves a car accident that set lose a dangerous breed of genetically engineered hyper-intelligent killer babies.

Junji Ito – Hellstar Remina Chapter 1

This is a horror/sci-fi story about a giant planet consuming creature from another dimension that a scientist discovers and mistakenly identifies as a planet. Being given the honor to name it as its discover, the professor chooses to name it after his only daughter, Remina, but when Hellstar Remina is headed on a direct collision course with Earth the world goes nuts and all the people in the city start a witch hunt to kill Remina, thinking she is somehow to blame.
