This is a shonen manga from decades ago.
This is a specific story arc from the middle of Violence Jack. I believe it’s between volume 5 and 6.
The story is about a group of homeless kids who are being forced to gather food for Sumo Wrestlers in a post apocalyptic setting.
After a certain dispute, Violence Jack ends up saving a certain kid and the sumos retalliate by slaughtering all the other kids.
Then Violence Jack and the boy confront them in a final shodown.
